Terms of payment
Rates include the provision of bed linen, towels and bath towels, tea towels, tableware and cookware, as well as utility costs, internet connection and final cleaning. Sonnenhof reserves the right to claim compensation for lost or damaged property. Rates are per apartment per day, based on double occupancy and a minimum stay of 3 nights. Additionally, a tourist tax in the amount of € 2,70 per person/night applies. The rate for additional guests is € 25 per person per night. During high season, the minimum stay is 7 nights. Please contact us if you wish to book a shorter period. Please be aware that Saturday or Sunday is the designated day of arrival and departure during high season. We offer staggered children’s rates:
- Children aged 0 to 3 years: free of charge
- Children aged 4 to 15 years: €15/night
- Children aged 16 years and over: €25/night
Depending on the duration of your stay, a deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Travel cancellation insurance
We recommend taking out travel insurance to avoid incurring cancellation fees in the event something gets in the way of your holiday. The Europäische Reiseversicherung insurance is available here: www.europaeische.at
Facilities
Sonnenhof is a non-smoking establishment. Our apartments are provided with all creature comforts: a fully equipped kitchen with towels, eating and cooking utensils, dishwasher tabs, electric kettle, filter coffee and mocha machines, and a bathroom with hand towels, bath towels and hairdryer, as well as a safe, satellite TV, and complimentary internet connection.
Final cleaning is included in the price.
A laundry service for your personal clothes is available on request and for a fee.
Transfer, Verkehrsverbindungen und Parkplatz
Parking is available on the premises at no cost.
Cancellation policy
Although the Italian Consumer Protection Code does not provide for a right of withdrawal, we accept booking cancellations on the following terms:
- Up until 3 months prior to arrival, we retain the deposit in the event that we are unable to find other guests for the same period.
- 3 months to 14 days prior to arrival we charge 50% of the booking price.
- For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival we charge 90% of the booking price.
- Cancellation fees, if any, will be deducted from the deposit.
Early departure, late arrivals and no-shows are charged in full.

Arrival and departure
The arrival is possible from 3-10 pm. On the day of departure we ask our guests to leave the apartments by 9 am.
Sports and leisure
A ski depot equipped with a ski boot dryer and a bike storage area with washing facilities are available on the premises. Additionally, a ski depot at the valley terminal is at the disposal of our guests.
Breakfast, restaurants and shops
You can book your breakfast directly at our farm. All you need to do is pick the items of your choice from the list. You can also request our fresh bread service or book one of our packages.
We will be happy to advise you in person of all other shopping facilities and restaurants in the area.
Internet and TV
Wi-Fi connection and a Sat-TV are available free of charge in every apartment.
Electric bikes and cars
We have a charging station for your electric vehicles here on the premises, so you can enjoy an eco-sustainable holiday.
Pets
Regrettably, we cannot accept pets at our farm. Thank you for your understanding.
