Whether you are an experienced downhill fiend or an amateur cyclist, you will be spoilt for choice with 350 kilometres of cycle paths and MTB trails at your disposal. Especially cool: the 3-country enduro trails, 5 mountain railways and 25 single trails on 52 kilometres on the border between Italy, Austria and Switzerland.

Water sports
Kite surfing has become popular here in the Reschen Pass holiday area, no doubt thanks to the perfect wind and water conditions that make this area a real Mecca for kiters from all over Europe – including beginners, who find here a suitable environment for learning the ropes of this increasingly trendy sport.
Haider lake
The “lake plateau” – a fisherman’s paradise
With a surface area of 90 hectares, the Haider lake has made a name for itself as a fishing hotspot – and the best whitefish reserve in the Alps. We are happy to provide detailed information on how to obtain the necessary fishing permit and daily passes for both Lake Reschen and the Haider lake.

Archery
A stone’s throw from your Sonnenhof holiday apartment can be found the only year-round archery course in the whole Vinschgau valley. It is situated in the Talaiwald, a larch forest with its own distinctive charm. Combined with exciting family-friendly facilities – consisting of 28 stations with a wide variety of animal-shaped targets, from capercaillies to bears – it makes for a unique experience.
